Bespoke Products
As all AJ WINDOWS LTD products are bespoke and manufactured to your unique measurements, they are non-returnable once installation has commenced.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of initial deposit. After this period, any cancellation may incur a fee for materials already processed.
Warranty & Defects
Our 25-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects. If any issues arise, we will repair or replace the component at no cost.
